The Room Makeover interior design service provides you with all the necessary information you need to make informed decisions at your own pace while staying within an overall design theme.
With my guidance, you can follow the personalised Design Plan while having the freedom to manage the project yourself. All the design work is done for you, so you can be confident in making decisions about where (and when) to invest in the right items for your space.

Initial Consultation
We always start with a complimentary 30-minute Initial Consultation, which can be booked online.
During this call, we'll chat about your project and what you're looking for in terms of interior design services; what your timelines are and how I can help you. I'll give you an overview of the design service packages available and answer any questions you might have.
After the call, I'll send you a free Design Proposal with all the details you need to know. No pressure, no obligation - this is just a chance to see if we're a good fit for your project.

Once you've accepted our Design Proposal we can get started on your project. We'll work together to agree on a start date and book a Design Consultation to kick things off.

Design Consultation
This is where we'll deep-dive into your project and discuss everything we need to get designing. We'll discuss your project scope & priorities, decorative preferences and what your 'must-haves' are, what you want to keep, replace or change.
Ideally, we'll do this on site in the room, but if you prefer, we can meet by video call and you can send photos & videos of the space.

This meeting will serve as the main input of information for your project, and will give me everything I need to put together a comprehensive Design Plan for your space.

Design Plan
We'll meet a final time where I'll present the personalised Design Plan for your project. The Design Plan includes two detailed documents that will represent the scheme and selections for the final room design.
The Design Concept is a visual representation that brings the design to life and will help you understand what to expect with the end result. This will include images of actual products & materials, samples (where possible), and may also include some alternative options. All items selected for the design will be fully itemised in the Design Schedule.

The Design Schedule is an essential document that you will use going forward as you implement the transformation of your room. It comprises a comprehensive list of fully itemised products & materials that are specified for the project. For example, this may include paint colours, materials & finishes for walls and floors, fabrics for window coverings, as well as furniture, fixtures and fittings, appliances, styling art and accessories. All items will include full specifications such as make, model, dimensions and a link to a supplier/s where the item can be purchased.
