Initial Consultation
We always start with a complimentary 30-minute Initial Consultation, which can be booked online.

During this call, we'll chat about your project and what you're looking for in terms of interior design services; what your timelines are and how I can help you. I'll give you an overview of the design service packages available and answer any questions you might have.
After the call, I'll send you a free Design Proposal with all the details you need to know. No pressure, no obligation - this is just a chance to see if we're a good fit for your project.

Once you've accepted our Design Proposal we can get started on your project. We'll work together to agree on a start date and book a Design Consultation to kick things off.

Design Consultation
This is where we'll deep-dive into your project and discuss everything we need to get designing.
We'll arrange a site visit to evaluate & measure the space, and discuss the budget, scope & priorities for how the space is to be used.

This meeting will serve as the main input of information for your project, and will give me everything I need to put together a comprehensive Design Plan for your space.

Design Concept
The preliminary Design Concept is an opportunity to check in and ensure that you're happy with the direction that the design is going.
The initial concept will include spatial and floor plan with zoning options for how the space could be used depending on the priorities you've set in the Design Consultation. This could include zones for eating, cooking, children's play area, storage and utilities. The concept will also include the baseline composition for the design taking into account the view from the house, the surrounding area, orientation, climate and preferred garden style.
The Design Concept is the visual representation that brings the design to life and will help you understand what to expect with the end result. All decisions and feedback during this phase will be incorporated into the final Design Plan.

Design Plan
We'll meet a final time where I'll present the personalised Design Plan for your project. The Design Plan includes two detailed documents that will represent the scheme and selections to be included in the final design.
In addition to the Design Concept is the visual representation of the overall design theme, all items selected for the design will be fully itemised in the Design Schedule.

The Design Schedule is an essential document that comprises a comprehensive list of fully itemised products & materials that are specified for the project.
This will include full specifications of all items included in the project - hardscaping (pavers, tiles, decking, water features etc), softscaping (plant images, names, planting location), scaled floor plan showing measurements for all zones and recommendations for furniture and decorative accessories such as planter pots, sculptures and artwork.
